Privacy Policy — Split It

Split It is developed by Black Zwan Labs LLC.

The Short Version

Split It does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data. Ever. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs phoning home. Everything the app knows stays on your device.

What We Collect

Nothing. Split It has no backend, no database, and no network connection. The only information the app stores is what you type into it — your payment handles and app preferences — and that data lives exclusively in local storage on your own device. We never see it. Nobody does.

Third Party Services

Split It generates deep links to third-party payment apps including Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Apple Cash. When you or your guests use those links, you are subject to the privacy policies of those respective services. We have no relationship with those companies and receive no data from them.

Children's Privacy

Split It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If anything here ever changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Given the nature of this app it is unlikely anything will ever change.
